In the summer of 2008 Headwater Tours will be offering scheduled and unscheduled backcountry hiking tours following the planned route of the International Appalachian Trail (Newfoundland & Labrador) from Western Brook of Parsons Pond (just north of Gros Morne National Park) to the Flat Hills southeast of Portland Creek. Also included is a 2-hour boat tour of nearby Western Brook Pond in Gros Morne National Park. We are also offering shorter unscheduled treks across the Flat Hills to scenic East Brook and Southwest Feeder Gulches and Portland Creek Inner Pond. (See Trail Maps and Photo Gallery.)
